Ruby Tales ("we", "us") is an independent mobile game developer. This policy covers our mobile applications, including Poopy Poop (the "Games"), and this website. For any privacy question, contact contact@rubytales.studio.
We collect no personal information directly. The Games have no accounts, no sign-in, and no registration. We do not operate servers that receive your data.
Stored on your device only. The Games save your high score, progress, and settings locally using the operating system's standard storage. This never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the Game.

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in our Games. AdMob is provided by Google. Its handling of data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy, and you can review how Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services.
Where required by law, we ask for your consent before any personalised advertising. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalised — selected from general context rather than from your advertising identifier.
You can change your mind at any time:
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data; to object to or restrict processing; to withdraw consent; and to complain to your local data protection authority.
Because we hold no personal data ourselves, requests about advertising data are best directed to Google using the links in section 3. We will help where we can — write to contact@rubytales.studio. You can always delete everything we store by uninstalling the Game.
We do not sell personal information for money. Sharing an advertising identifier for personalised advertising may be treated as "sharing" or a "sale" under the CCPA/CPRA. You can opt out by declining personalised ads when prompted, or by enabling "Limit Ad Tracking" / resetting your advertising ID in your device settings. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.
Our Games are intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Game data stays on your device until you delete it or uninstall the Game. Data held by our advertising partner is retained according to their own policies, linked in section 3.
Our advertising partner operates globally and may process data in countries outside your own, including the United States. Those transfers rely on the safeguards described in Google's privacy documentation, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
We may update this policy as the Games change. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Material changes affecting how we handle your data will be highlighted in the Games where practical.
